When a test device, assembly or measuring station moves to another plant within your company, both sides know each other – but often not the details of the shipment. We organise inter-plant transport for individual high-value devices directly from receiving area to receiving area, with a reference both sites understand.

Confirm the actual responsible receiving areas and contacts at both plants. The releasing department records accessories and packaging, and the new user states their timing needs. Clarify which documents travel with the device and which remain available digitally. With several identical devices, an allocation by asset or inventory number used by both sites helps.

List the previous ID and the new site allocation side by side and have both specialist contacts confirm which physical unit is meant. We carry both numbers into the package overview so that release and receipt match clearly.
