Plan your transport

As the customer, you coordinate two external handover points. Agree the collection release with the supplier and have the processing partner confirm its receiving details and order reference. Clarify whether the packaging is reused in the next process. If the processing location changes, we update the destination in the same shipment overview.

A typical process chain without detours

A turned part goes from the machining shop to hardening, from hardening to grinding and only then to your plant. Every detour via your warehouse costs time and an extra handover. Direct transport between the companies saves both but requires each station to know what is coming and under which reference.

Who confirms what

The releasing company confirms release, packages and collection time, the receiving company its receiving hours and order reference, and you as the customer the processing order. Once these three confirmations are in place, we plan the route without further questions.

What matters

  • Link the supplier release to the processing order
  • Record the receiving reference of the next company
  • Agree what happens to the packaging in the process
