Send us only the changed items with reference to the existing enquiry – we update quotation and planning in a targeted way without starting from scratch.
Request transportGive the enquiry a version and date. State which details are replaced and which still apply. The coordinating contact has shipping confirm the new package data and informs the recipient about changed quantities. If several departments report changes, merge them into one valid version internally before it goes to us.
