A pilot or pre-series batch often decides the next project step – assembly trials, customer evaluation or series approval. We transport your pilot parts so that the recipient immediately sees which units are intended for which purpose and part quantities arrive clearly separated.

Use a batch overview with the released composition, the variants and the purpose of each. If only part of the batch is needed immediately, agree this part quantity and the remaining items explicitly; we then plan two shipments. The packaging data should reflect the actual shipping status. A contact from project management links date priority and selection of units.

What needs updating if a pilot batch changes at short notice?

Quantity, variant distribution and package composition. Tell the recipient which items will actually arrive. If the change affects the date, send us the new shipping status – we will agree the handover window again on that basis.

We bring your machined samples directly from production to the customer and keep sample status, variants and packages clearly assigned from collection to handover.

Populated circuit boards and electronic assemblies travel between EMS provider, testing and final assembly – often in several revisions and batches at once. We transport your assemblies in the packaging specified by your department, for example ESD-safe in trays or cartons, and keep revision, batch and container clearly assigned from collection to handover.
