Plan your transport
Record the agreed scope of equipment with accessories and the period of use. Name the equipment manager at the borrower and the return contact at the owner. Clarify where the transport containers are kept during use and who repacks the equipment for the return. If use is extended, we move the return collection to the new end date.
Two handovers, one equipment list
On delivery the owner hands over, on return the borrower does. For both to work from the same list, the delivery accessory list should also be the basis for the return. Note any differences – consumed parts or accessories left behind – before collection, not only when the equipment reaches the owner.
Extension and early end
Projects rarely last exactly as planned. Tell us about a changed end of use as soon as it is known; we adjust the return collection. If the equipment becomes free earlier, it can often go back earlier, provided the owner confirms receipt.
