Paired bearings, lapped fitting parts or a complete assembly kit only have value together – if one part is missing, assembly stops. We transport matched component sets as one consignment, even if the components come from different areas of your plant and are only brought together for shipping.

Define a set reference and link all individual items to it. The project team confirms which components are needed at the same time and whether spare parts belong to it. Name a person who reviews and releases the complete scope before collection. We collect the set in one go and hand it over with the package list, which the recipient can check directly against their assembly parts list.

Plan your transport

How do I handle a set component that is finished late?

Clarify within the project whether the recipient can already work with the rest of the set. If so, we plan a part shipment and a follow-up delivery under the same set reference; if not, we postpone collection of the complete set. Record the updated composition in the set overview.

In many projects some components are ready earlier than the rest – and the recipient could already start assembly or testing with them. We plan part shipments so that each group keeps its own collection date, its own packing list and a clear link to the overall order.

Moving gauge and gauge block sets between sites

A gauge block or inspection gauge set consists of many small, valuable elements that only serve their purpose when complete. We transport your sets in their existing boxes and inserts between plants, measuring rooms and calibration labs. To keep the handover traceable, state the number and labelling of the containers rather than just “accessories”.

A rework batch is usually small but time-critical: the parts are missing in production for as long as they are at the supplier. We transport the affected batch to the processing partner and back again – with a batch reference both companies understand and separately planned outbound and return trips.
