Populated circuit boards and electronic assemblies travel between EMS provider, testing and final assembly – often in several revisions and batches at once. We transport your assemblies in the packaging specified by your department, for example ESD-safe in trays or cartons, and keep revision, batch and container clearly assigned from collection to handover.

Ask the recipient which references their goods receiving needs for allocation – we carry them onto the transport documents. Each revision gets its own clearly labelled containers and its own line in the contents overview. Agree this structure with the recipient. They can then assign the containers directly to the right production or test orders on arrival.

Stating packed dimensions instead of device dimensions

The dimensions on the data sheet are not the dimensions of the transport crate. Load space, handling equipment and price depend on the outer dimensions of the finished package – including case, pallet, handles and overhangs. With measured packed dimensions you receive a quotation from us that still fits on collection day.
