Notes on sensitive components come from the responsible technical department and are carried into the order as handling instructions. Software versions and configuration data stay in your internal documentation – an allocation reference is enough for the transport. For an exchange, we clearly distinguish between the replacement delivered and the module that will be returned later.

Should the configuration file be attached to the transport enquiry?

No, it is not needed for the transport. We need details of the physical module, its packaging, dimensions and weight. Coordinate technical files directly with your specialist contact; the enquiry only needs the reference under which the recipient expects the module.

We transport your spare part, clearly assigned, from the warehouse or supplier to the machine where it is needed. Ordered does not mean ready for collection. Before we load at the supplier, it must be clear which shipment has been released and who hands it over.
