We transport your robot gripper to the integrator, to the customer plant or between lines – complete or dismantled, exactly as your line manager releases it. A catalogue name is not enough; what matters is the unit as actually packed.

Clearly separate the gripper from the robot and the line and state brackets, protruding contours and the intended packaging. If several variants must be kept apart at the destination, assign each variant to a station or workpiece family – we carry that allocation onto the package list. Assembly, adjustment and commissioning are follow-up appointments for your team or integrator and not part of the transport handover.

How do I describe several gripper variants for the same line?

Give each variant a unique reference and assign the related packages. An overview by station or workpiece helps the recipient pass the parts on without searching. What counts is the variant actually packed, not a similar reference model.

A mould insert is not the whole injection mould – but it is often the most expensive and most urgent part of a sampling appointment. We transport inserts, change parts and fixtures from the toolmaker to the sampling site and back. For an accurate quotation we need the real package dimensions and weights, even if purchasing only uses one tool number.

Stating packed dimensions instead of device dimensions

The dimensions on the data sheet are not the dimensions of the transport crate. Load space, handling equipment and price depend on the outer dimensions of the finished package – including case, pallet, handles and overhangs. With measured packed dimensions you receive a quotation from us that still fits on collection day.
