With several similar devices, assign each value to the specific unit via its reference.
Carrier liability insurance and additional cargo insurance
The goods value describes the value of the shipment; it does not by itself establish the scope of insurance. We distinguish existing carrier liability insurance from additional cargo insurance arranged on request. The cover agreed for your shipment is recorded in the written quotation.
What we need to clarify cover
Value per unit with currency, weight per package and whether you want higher cover. Also check whether your own transit or business insurance already includes the shipment. On this basis we discuss suitable options before the order; the written quotation is what counts.
