Components of a project are often ready at different suppliers or in several areas of your plant. We collect from several pick-up points and bring the parts together into one project delivery – provided each origin is clearly described with its packages, contacts and readiness dates.

For each pick-up point, state address, contact, reference and confirmed or planned readiness date. Project management decides whether individual components have priority or everything should arrive together. An overview by location and package prevents data of a finished unit from being applied to parts still in preparation. From this information we plan the sequence and trips.

How do I describe two departments at the same site?

State both pick-up areas with contact and package allocation. The site confirms whether the goods are handed over at one shared point or at two. We then plan collection accordingly – with one or two loading points.

Transporting matched component sets together

Paired bearings, lapped fitting parts or a complete assembly kit only have value together – if one part is missing, assembly stops. We transport matched component sets as one consignment, even if the components come from different areas of your plant and are only brought together for shipping.

Preparing collection release at the parts supplier

Ordered does not mean ready for collection. Before we load at the supplier, it must be clear which shipment has been released and who hands it over. We coordinate the collection directly with your supplier’s shipping department – based on a specific shipping reference rather than a commercial delivery promise.
