Location and handover point
Use the spelling confirmed by the recipient, such as Warszawa or Wrocław, together with the full address. If parts from several Polish suppliers are to form one project delivery, list every collection separately. Mark goods that are already packed and ready, and identify any outstanding release. Explain whether a missing quantity should hold the entire delivery or may be handled separately.
Planning example for this task
Bring purchasing and engineering together in one item list: component identifier, released condition, packaging and order reference. Matched parts must remain identifiable even when they originate from different sites.
Confirm the address before copying a reference
Use the confirmed address of the actual recipient. Check town, postcode and goods entrance together; an order or billing address is usable only when goods are received there.
What matters
- Use original spelling and postcode
- State readiness for each collection site
- Mark dependencies between quantities
- Record component and order reference for each package
- Distinguish engineering release from collection readiness
- Clarify receiving authority and cover for each site
Sources and their scope
Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
