Bringing an industrial device back to the plant after service

After repair, calibration or overhaul, the device should be back in production quickly. We collect it from the service partner as soon as it is packed and released and bring it directly to the responsible department in your plant. The basis is the scope confirmed by the service partner – not the status of the outbound shipment.

Accessories, renewed parts or a different container can change the return scope. Link the service reference and the plant’s device number in the return overview and ask who releases the device and when packing is complete. At the plant, agree receipt with the user. Service reports and certificates travel with the device by arrangement or are sent to you digitally.
