If similar devices or assemblies regularly travel on the same route, a proven template saves a lot of coordination. We reuse fixed data such as addresses, receiving areas and loading conditions and, for each shipment, only ask for what changes: quantity, allocation, readiness and contacts.

Vehicle choice, handling equipment and price depend on the weight of the fully packed package – not the net weight on the data sheet. Crate, pallet, base and accessories can add a lot. With a breakdown per package, you receive a quotation that also works technically on collection day.

Purchase order number, supplier shipping reference, goods receipt number: the same shipment has a different name at every point. We carry the references needed for collection and handover into the transport documents so that the supplier releases the right goods and your recipient can assign them to the right order immediately.
