The technical team describes packed dimensions, weight and specific handling requirements.
The project contact names the destination, handover point and export and import contacts.
The enquiry expressly submits these conditions for feasibility assessment.

Aligned optics, lens systems and optical modules are often prototypes or small series whose setup took weeks. We transport your optical assemblies between development partners, test lab and production – as one unit or in separate packages, exactly as your development team releases them.
Learn moreOrientation, lifting points, tipping sensitivity or surfaces that must not bear load: precision equipment often has handling requirements that no one outside your plant knows. We take these requirements into the transport order and align loading and unloading with them – provided they are short, clear and related to the specific package.
Learn moreIncomplete addresses, inconsistent goods descriptions or unresolved formalities can delay cross-border transport of industrial goods. With a consistent shipment overview, complete location details and named contacts at both sites, we review your international enquiry promptly and tell you what still needs clarifying for the specific route.
