Location and handover point
Madrid and Barcelona are mainland destinations; the Balearic and Canary Islands are different archipelagos. For island addresses, name the particular island and municipality. If a project covers several Spanish locations, assign packages and dates individually. Indicate whether the handover sequence is fixed and whether returns should go to the original collection point or to another address after the project ends.
Planning example for this task
Bring purchasing and engineering together in one item list: component identifier, released condition, packaging and order reference. Matched parts must remain identifiable even when they originate from different sites.
Final address or intermediate handover?
Identify the exact destination area and agreed endpoint. If another leg or crossing is needed, packed dimensions, permitted handling and responsibility at the connection must fit it.
What matters
- Identify mainland or specific island
- List packages for each Spanish recipient
- Define the return address for each part
- Record component and order reference for each package
- Distinguish engineering release from collection readiness
- Clarify receiving authority and cover for each site
Sources and their scope
Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
