What counts for the quotation is the setup actually prepared – instrument, accessories and any samples as clearly assigned packages.

The person responsible for the instrument decides which components belong to the job and what preparation is needed before packing, such as transport locks or purged gas lines according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep separate containers under one project ID. Samples travelling with it need their own description. We coordinate delivery with the person who receives instrument and samples at the destination and passes them on to the departments.

Yes, as a separate shipment with its own reference and an agreed date. First let the specialist team decide which parts are essential together for the first job – otherwise the instrument is on site but cannot measure.
