Name who confirms the current calendar and can be reached during the shutdown. If a component is needed directly for the restart, state this need and the planned preparation steps; we align delivery with the first staffed receiving day.

Finished in production does not mean ready for transport: final inspection, cleaning, documentation and packing often follow the last machining step. We schedule the collection for the day your shipment is actually packed and ready. So please give us that date – confirmed or explicitly provisional.
