Location and handover point

Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca or Timișoara provide useful reference points but do not replace a full receiving address. Outside a city, give the municipality, county where known, and the approach confirmed by the recipient. A location marker helps for sites without signs. Establish whether someone will meet the vehicle at the entrance and which area is actually available for the goods handover.

Planning example for this task

Bring purchasing and engineering together in one item list: component identifier, released condition, packaging and order reference. Matched parts must remain identifiable even when they originate from different sites.

Confirm the address before copying a reference

Use the confirmed address of the actual recipient. Check town, postcode and goods entrance together; an order or billing address is usable only when goods are received there.

What matters

  • Add municipality, postcode and county
  • Mark an unsigned vehicle entrance
  • Identify the person meeting the vehicle
  • Record component and order reference for each package
  • Distinguish engineering release from collection readiness
  • Clarify receiving authority and cover for each site
Sources and their scope

Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
